From: Mike Jones To: Help Subject: Re: Contact from Netsafe Organization: EY.MD In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: X-Sender: mj@ey.md User-Agent: Roundcube Webmail Hello Unnamed Person, Sorry it took me this long to reply, but I'm sure you'll enjoy my reply anyway. Neither EY.MD nor any of its servers are hosted within New Zealand, or anywhere near New Zealand for that matter. I'm also not a citizen of New Zealand, nor have I ever been there. While I did plan to go there, that plan was cancelled upon the NZ government's eagerness to be fucked in the ass by the United States and MPAA with their SWAT-like raid on Kim Dotcom and the bullshit comedy of a trial that followed. As a result, the only thing I will be doing will be posting this email chain, and any future communication between us at https://ey.md/transparency.html Hosting or making available footage of a terrorist attack, while arguably graphic to some (not me though) is not illegal in the countries that our servers are located in. You would know the location of our servers if you did even a tiny amount of research. You would also know that we have no relationships and nothing connecting us to your irrelevant country, and are not under any obligation to follow gestapo-like censorship attempts from irrelevant bureaucrats that is the employees of OFLC. Obviously, you've either failed to do any research or are simply sending out these notices to everyone in hope that someone complies. I suggest you contact the 'Chief Censor', you know, the chief of the organization originally created into existence by a law created in order to fight child pornography and have him take down the oh-so-graphic footage of the 9/11 attacks hosted at https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/flashback-watch-1-news-day-world-trade-centre-attacked-9-11 and various other New-Zealand servers that host such content. After receiving your email, I have done some research into the Classification 'law' (if one could even call it that) and believe that under the FVPC act any material that promotes, supports, or tends to promote or support extreme violence or terrorism such as the footage of 9/11 attacks should be classified as objectionable and therefore be banned. Let me know how that goes for you. To your amusement, you will also find a previous conversation I've had with the borderline retarded security engineer from Spark at the aforementioned transparency URL. As always, I welcome future correspondence from the various people of your irrelevant country provided that they pay me a fee of 5 euro per byte that their emails take up on my glorious freedom servers.
